We use the Buddy
style for on the job sales training, which proves highly successful
in the development of an individuals sales skills. This
entails coaching and mentoring sales representatives, accompanying
them on specific sales appointments. In particular, the lesser
used sales skills of asking questions, listening and closing the
sale are central to our training process. In addition, we assist
sales people in understanding and using collateral materials more
effectively to support their face-to-face presentations, and even
assist our clients in the development of effective sales materials.
