Simone moved to Australia in May 2001 after having lived and worked in markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia and The Philippines, for 12 years. She worked in various areas of the marketing and advertising industry researching and training people of various cultural backgrounds. This included conducting widespread cultural and commercial market research in a dozen countries in Asia Pacific for companies such as Unilever, Saatchi & Saatchi, Proctor & Gamble, Cargill, Murdoch Magazines and Smartvisit Solutions Australia. Simone has carried out extensive analysis and interpretation of visual and archetypal research results, advising on visual and verbal communication for branding and advertising. In this work she has specifically focused on the psychological drivers of groups of people.
