Ulrich Renner - Hotel & Tourism Operations Ulrich absolved a traditional training in some of the best hotels in Europe. For more than 20 years he held General Manager positions in many countries, including Europe, the Middle East and finally Australia where he arrived in 1995 in the position of Vice President of Operations & Development to establish the Renaissance Hotel in Sydney. Ulrich then moved to develop Lilianfels Blue Mountains. As Managing Director he led this fine hotel to national and international recognition and success. Since 1996 Ulrich Renner is the Principal of his own Consultancy. He is a Fellow Member of the Australian Institute of Management.
